As a seller there’s no question one feature most likely attracted you to the house you’re living in now. When it’s time to sell remember to focus on that attribute and make sure to emphasize that feature when you try to sell. As a buyer concentrate on your family lifestyle and choose a property that has features that match what you will need. We all know in real estate it’s location, location, location but please keep in mind, chances are good you’ll have neighbors that have location too.
