This house was listed on January 26th and under contract on January 29th, so are we in a sellers’ market? Although, many think that listing a house in the spring is the best time to sell, but using a realtor that knows the local market might be a better plan. If inventory levels are low and buyers are actively looking, then a seller might be able to create their own sellers’ market.
