So the holidays are over and now you’re wondering when to sell, my advice, don’t try to time the market. Last year, the month of February was actually the beginning of the spring market and with inventory levels at their lowest levels, maybe now is the time. In Lebanon there are currently 28 active listings compared to over 70 during the summer months, in Hanover only 25 active listings and Hartford, VT only 40 active listings. There are buyers looking and with concerns over interest rates getting a jump on the competition might be the answer.
