How Good was the Market in 2015

No one can ever predict the what will happen next in real estate, but knowing what has happened can be helpful.  In Lebanon home sales were up 35% and in Hanover home sale were down 5%, but in Lebanon the median price of a home was flat, but in Hanover the median price was up 6%.
