Preliminary Plans are done and New Construction to start this spring in Lebanon, NH. The Rock Ridge Development will begin construction this spring to build out Phase I of single family homes located on Evergreen Court.
These homes will have a flexible floor plan, a variety of upgrades, full basements if desired and will range between 1,500 and 1,900 sq ft of living space.
