Major Activity in Lebanon, NH

There’s no question spring is coming early. The buyers are out and with limited inventory the Lebanon market is heating up. If you’re thinking of listing and selling your home this is the time to get a market analysis and get it on the market.

The process can be simple, rewarding and pain free.  Maybe you’re not sure and might want to just test the market, this can be accomplished too.

Exterior Makeover Gives New Life to Old Ranch

The possibilities are endless when you think outside the box. No matter what the reason might be for selling sometimes the best house for you is the one you’re in. Why not take a moment and ask why are you selling? Maybe you need to because of a job relocation, or the kids have left home.
If there doesn’t seem to be any real good reason why not turn your 1960’s home into a brand new home. Take a look at this exterior transformation of a 1960’s ranch. Easy to decide which one you’d rather live in.

Great Our House Under Contract in Lebanon, NH

What now?
You’ve listed your home, you’re under contract and the building inspection is complete, now the buyers response.  Unfortunately, this is the time when most deals are at the most critical time. The buyer has a list of items from the building inspector they want fixed. What does the seller really need to fix? what can they negotiate? And what can they say no to?
This is when taking emotions out of the deal is critical. As a seller you need to understand this is no longer your home, the buyer is telling you then want it to be their home. You need to review the list and decide what are safety concerns, what are structural concerns, what might cosmetic issues or considered upgrades. As a seller focus on the structural and safety issues, these will need to be addressed for any buyer.
Choosing not to address the concerns may allow the buyer to walk and now you have to start the process all over again plus still need to fix the problems identified during the inspection
