The Lebanon Market is still Hot

The snow is gone and so is the inventory. Currently in Lebanon, NH there are only 35 houses on the market, so if you’re thinking of selling now is the time.  So far this year 25 houses have sold compared to 18 in 2014 and there are 5 houses pending and another 42 active with contract.  Any house that is active with contract means it is under contract with a buyer at an agreed upon price. The contract may contain a contingency such as inspections or financing that still need to be satisfied.
