The Sterling Springs Development is a wonderful mixture of condominiums, moderately sized free standing homes and a few very generously sized homes. It’s a quiet community with a mixture of retired owners and couples in the workforce. A majority of homes are occupied by the owner and the exterior are nicely maintained . The complex is very convenient to DHMC, Dartmouth College and Interstate 91.
