Well after a busy year it’s always good to end with a good deal. Sometimes overlooked by many, these homes can be a wonderful investment and an economical way to live. Many find monthly bills, including mortgage, to under $1,000 per month. Like any purchase you need proper due diligence on the park and the property, but in the end always worth consideration.
