So When is the Spring Market?

This house was listed on December 1st and closed February 19th, not considered the prime time for selling, so how did it sell?  Like they say all real estate is local and knowing the market and the market activity can mean more than what calendar month it is. If you are thinking of buying or selling the best thing you can do, is decide who you plan to work with and let them know your plans as soon as you can.
