I sold this house back in June, it has one of the finest lots in the Kings Grant neighborhood, a 3 bedroom house with an oversized corner lot. The new owners have completely enjoyed the community and convenience of living in town, but having just enough privacy. A big thanks to the new owners and I wish then and sellers, who have relocated, the best for 2016.
