Yeah It's Still a Hot Market

So back on June 2^nd I mentioned it was a hot market well nothing speaks louder than results. I listed this home on June 20^th and signed an contract today June 22^nd.  So you ask how?  Unfortunately there is no one reason,  it’s always a combination of timing, pricing, neighborhood, market conditions, style of house and many other variables.  But regardless, don’t focus on variables you can’t control, work with an agent you trust and knows the market and focus on the variables you can control.

Lebanon, NH is Still a Hot Market

If you’re thinking of selling this might be one of the best markets in the past 8 years. With only 33 active listings, Lebanon has not been able to keep 40 houses on the market all year.  At the end of May, there were 42 sold houses with another 37 homes under contract. At that rate Lebanon home sales could approach 160 sold homes in 2016 ,which would be a 16% increase over 2015.
